Removing 3cx FQDN from license

Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to get my license removed for v15 from the 3cx.us FQDN for nearly a month now and getting nowhere. Is there any way that someone can shed some light on this situation? We wanted to use our own custom fqdn, but during testing of version 15 we tried the 3cx fqdn without realizing it would bind to our license.

Have you logged in with the credentials that were provided you when you created your trial and released the domain name?

I just went through the process and it worked just fine.
