Hi all,

I have a new client on SMB Pro and I need to rename the 2 customisable statuses. I can't seem to find this.

Is it not possible on SMB Pro or am I just not looking in the right place?

Thanks.

Hi there.
Customization of those options are not there on Free/SMB instances in the Setting of the System, as they are not there. Those settings are now in the profile settings of the user.

Hello @rayt ,

If you navigate to the Web Client > Settings > Call Forwarding > Lunch or Bussiness Trip and you will be able to rename the Status name of these statuses.
You can do so also by navigating to Admin > Users > select user > Call Forwarding > Lunch or Business Trip

Thanks OlegR_3CX and Dimitris_3CX for your prompt replies.

I suspected Oleg's answer might have been the case, but it appears Dimitris' answer actually works , though I will have to log in as each user to do this. However, this is not a big deal since they are SMB with only 3 users at present .

Cheers guys, keep up the good work .

Oh, I tried your first suggestion without looking at the second. That looks even simpler .

If you navigate to Admin > Users > select user > Call Forwarding you do not have to login with each user so its much more simpler as an administrator.
The first suggestion is if the Users wish to make a name change to the custom statuses.
