The maintenance will be expired in October

Shall we trade in to annual subscription or just renew the perpetual license?

This would be a question best handled by your partner. Buying through our partners will not incur any additional cost to the license key, and thus it's best to rely on their expertise when deciding what is best for your business going forward.

Hello,

We are phasing our perpetual licenses out and have gradually reduced the options available to new customers.

In regards to existing customers, we do urge them to trade their perpetual key in for an annual subscription - by doing so, you gain a free year and thereafter the renewal cost of an annual is exactly the same as the maintenance renewal.

- We have not made any such decisions yet.

Our aim is to ensure all our customers have a valid license that is on a supported version and have all the security and feature upgrades available to them, to ensure the best experience possible.

Whatever future decisions are made, the well-being of our customers will be catered to.

You can also trade-in through a partner like us. This way, you also get 1 free year on top of the trade-in of of your current maintenance.

In your case, your license would end in 2 years from the expiration of your present maintenance.

Hello,

You may trade your license key in for an annual at any time - by doing so your perpetual license will be converted to an annual subscription for 1 year.

If you have any remaining days on your existing maintenance, they will be added to the expiry date of the annual subscription, therefore you may trade in at any time!

Example: 18 days remaining + 365 days free = Expiration will be in 383 days.

@[email protected] Good day! As the local distributor, we had onboarded a couple of 3CX partners in Hong Kong in the past years. If you are not satisfied with the support from the existing partner, you can switch to a new HK partner for the trade-in, support&service, etc. Feel free to PM me, I could recommend a good local partner to you.
