I've just renewed my subscription after it lapsed a couple days ago and when I did the renewal it put me on a "self managed" install status. I understand that I just need to add a hosting subscription back to my account but I see no way to simply just subscribe to hosting again so I can regain access to my previous instance with all my settings. When I go to upgrade my subscription to include hosting again I have no way to just add hosting without upgrading to a higher sim. call count etc.
Please help.
