Renewal for SSL Certificate for xxx.west.3cx.us failed

This is for a local Linux installation of 3cx and the SSL renewals have been failing for a couple of weeks now. The server has been rebooted; all services are running as far as I can tell.
The phone system still works fine, but we have two other problems (which I've posted threads for), updates are failing and the web login is giving 'server error'.

Thanks for any ideas that you can provide.

Where do I find the version number? I have no access to the web admin.

since it is a local install, can you goto <ipadd>:non_secure_port(if not standard) ?
ie: http://192.168.1.2
