Renewal license problem

we have had for one year the 3cx license (hosted on the 3cx server, which was free for the first year);
we renew it a few day ago; today the server doesn't work anymore (the subdomain for our company at xxxx.3cx.it); it seems like the renewal of the license did not work at all; the webdata say our license was extended to 2020, and money also was taken;
what are we to do after renewal of the license? it's not enought to pay for another year?
today nothing works and also the subdomain doesn't answer correctly to the ping ...
please help!

You must been using the 3CX Hosted trial which was only for 1 year (back then). Renewing your maintenance/license won't renew the hosted trial because it was a...trial! 3CX does not provide PBX hosting services. Only short term trial installs for evaluation. This shouldn't be used as your production PBX!

If you have a backup you can get it up and running in your own cloud (or on-premise) in a matter of minutes.

If you need a cloud environment (when you do not have a server on-premise or want to use one of the Cloud services), we would be happy to help you. As said before by Florink, a maintenance renewal doesn't renew the hosting you had by 3CX, they do not provide that for long term use. So if you need a secure environment, with an own IP address, we can help. Normally we ask € 8,50 excluding the Dutch tax a month for hosting till 4 SC. But if you send me your requirements, we could figure out how to best help you. That's what we do, help, advice and provide special solutions and services as an independent ISP. Otherwise, you can choose from Google Cloud, Amazon and all the other OpenStack providers.

ok, I understand ... unfortunately they didn't specify that in the mail ... so I suppose, I have now a license for a 3cx-version, but I have to put it up again; and the greatest problem is: I have to change all clients connecting to it; thanks for your help!

If you have a backup and an SBC in place with all supported phones connected, they could get automatically reconnected with the new URL. Sadly, with those problems, we can not help, but I hope you do not have too many phones directly connected. That would be indeed a hell of a job.

configuring the 3cx on a new server will take a few hour; but connecting to the 10-15 clients (with the usual remote connecting problems we are experiencing) will be the hardest part of the work;

Yeah, I feel your pain, it's a hell, to reconnect those clients.
If they are all in one building, and are PnP (Yealink) place a SBC, that would make sure next time, your finished within a few minutes

we are sorry to hear what happened in your case. We are checking currently internally as in deed you were hosted in the free hosting for a year which cannot be renewed, however there is also a warning that the instance will be terminated and needs to be moved (into your account or on prem). Our community team will connect with you directly to see what we can do to assist you in this matter.

Hi,
as this was very urgent, we looked at the forum and found the solution, thanks to other guys over there;
we installed 3cx on our server and configured everything from scratch ... it wasn't a pleasant job, but finally it worked;
the real problem we had is that the information was not at all clear from your mail; we got a mail stating "your license has to be renewed", we followed the link and bought the license;
we didn't really understand that we have to move elsewhere to continue to host it; probably it would be easier for future customers to explain it in the mail "your-license-is-almost-over" ... something explicit like "you're going to loose your right to be hosted at 3cx, please find a new hoster - these are the possible links - or host it yourself - this is the link how to do it" ...
but we must say the product is really great and much better than the communication
