Renewed 3CX Pro after expiration and i can't connect

Hello.

I forgot about the subscription and it expired. I had 3CX Pro Hosted on 3CX. I renewed/paid but now why can't i access my phone center? 3CX PRO 4 SC

Hosting for 4SC PRO was discontinued back in May but you could keep it as long as you kept your subscription active. Since yours expired, the renew you purchased would not have included hosting.

If you want to re-add hosting to the subscription you must upgrade to at least an 8SC.

But why can't i access my call center now? It said "renew within 30 days to recover your system". I paid, i try to login to my url and it doesn't load.

For example, before expiration i could access my web client at "[name].3cx.paris" and now i can't

Did you renew as 8SC with 3CX hosting included?

You can also host it yourself and restore from a backup.
