replace "+countrycode" automatically

hey everyone,

If I dial a number starting in +61 (Australia, many phone number links you click on use the +61 instead of a zero) the call does not work.
If I replace the +61 with a zero before the call it works.

Can I get 3cx to do this automatically for me?

Yes, use outbound rule. One like this perhaps.

You can also further generalize this by stripping the "+" from all calls and adding "00".
