Hi,
I'm new to 3CX (which this question may make obvious)
I'm trying to set up a system which will serve two office locations, with two front desks on separate schedules. I'd like to have the following configuration
Incoming call (by DID) routes to 2 receptionist extensions at a front desk, currently ring group 800, extensions 201 and 202
Calls stack here for 30 sec, then route to an overflow group, currently ring group 802, with some random extensions. Ring both groups until answered.
I would like for the 2 receptionist extensions (either individually or by performing an action on both) to be easily set to out of hours, which dumps all incoming calls to VM on 202.
Now, I'd like to do this for second set of extensions on the same PBX, set up basically identically...
I've tried a couple different configurations, but haven't been able to get this call flow to work. Any suggestions on how to handle this scenario?
Thanks in advance.
