Report for Prioritized hunt Call Queue

Hi,

Wondering if there is a report which will show if an agent was free but didnt pick a call and let it ring until it went to next agent in the prioritized hunt?

I'm afraid not, the closest to what you're looking for would probably be the "Queue Performance Overview" report, this will show the total number of polls per extension for a Queue but only for calls that did not get answered by anyone.
