Report graphs

In Version 18, I used to be able to run a report (as a bar chart) that showed answered/unanswered calls summarized into one hour slots. What's the recommended way to achieve something similar in v20?

1. export CSV and make your own in Excel / PowerBI
2. Wait for Update 6 and utilise new reporting
