Hey there,

I've got a number of customers with 500+ extensions who for the purposes of system adoption need to know who has and has not ever logged into the system - currently, there's no report that can accomplish this and needs to be compiled manually based on who is currently logged in vs who isn't, and that doesn't even really provide a real depiction of what is wanted.

Is there any way we can figure out who hasn't logged into the system yet?

[Edit] I've gone so far as to export the extension list and compare values from a newly generated user vs a user who has logged in and there are no differences. A user-generated via a CSV import does have some empty values but those are only for the purposes of configuration and don't change if I log in or not, only if I modify an extension option value (makes sense).

I'm afraid that this isn't possible as a built in feature. There is no reliable way to tell.

What you could do, is have a look at the Management Console log file, but this is provided that you've been logging in Verbose and that they log on daily because the log file doesn't go back too far.

If you provide each user a list of steps they are required to perform, and on that list is the recording of their self identification message, we could check to see if the self-id exists...

Thanks for confirming my suspicions - it would be helpful to provide partners/administrators with more user-adoption tools in future releases.

I'm looking into embedding a tracking pixel into the template that would help me at least track opens and clicks on the web client URL, that seems like the best way to go about it in order to get the most accurate results. I'm using PastePixel, if anyone is interested.
