Reports BILLFREQUENCY - Billing Increment Duration

Hi,
I would like to ask if there are other configuration need for BILLFREQUENCY to work, I already set the BILLROUNDUP to seconds (value 0) and BILLFREQUENCY to value 6.
But based on the result BILLFREQUENCY does not make any changes.

We need to configure the Billing incremental is every 6 seconds. Ex. 6 seconds will cost $0.06 , then 8 seconds will be billed for 12secs cost ($0.12), 13 seconds will billed 18 secs ($0.18) and so on.

Hi, thanks for the information.
I tried to follow the guidelines but still unable to generate the incremental billing.
I also attached images for the Parameters Description and sample CDR

Created a cost for specific prefix. cost ($0.6) per minute. in seconds ($0.01)

on the CDR:
Talking Time: 4 secs cost $0.04
Talking Time: 13 secs cost $0.13

But based on the description of BILLFREQUENCY if I enter a value, the billing cost is roundup by every value I input.
I input value 6, should be the bill cost will roundup every 6? like sample 4secs will be roundup to 6secs and 13 will be roundup to 18 secs? or my understanding is incorrect regarding BILLFREQUENCY.
