We have a customer who use the reports alot but since upgrading to v20 there has been an issue where the reports don't always come through. on v18 it worked perfectly.
It seems random, the reports will work fine for a week maybe 2 weeks, then there will be 1 or 2 days where the reports don't work and I have to send them manually, then they begin to work again.
The reports are set to come through at 03:00
I have tried using 3CX SMTP Server and a Custom SMTP Server
The type of report is "Extension Statistics" and they have Monthly, Weekly and Daily Extensions Statistics reports
Has anyone else experienced this issue or know of a fix I could try?
