Reports Numbers Mismatch

Hi everyone,

I currently have a client that receives reports every week of all extensions for a specific department and the numbers don't add up to the same as their individual reports. Example below.

Extension Statistics Report (Last 7 Days) (Call type - All)

Individual Call Report (Last 7 Days) (Call type - All) add up to 453 (Spreadsheet)

Am I missing something here?

How are you calculating this from the csv?

I highlighted the cells with info in it (1 row only) and looked at the cell count.

I have report issues.. 3 different users same access log, all run same Call Report and 3 different results.. total num of calls on bottom, row on CSV export all different results. all 3 are role is manager. System owner sees completely different total.
call report, last week, Sunday and any/any/all.. this should be same for anyone running report from same timezone should have same info.. or am I missing something?
