I have the system configured to dial an external number that comes to an extension. I configured this with Ring my mobile simultaneously. I would like to generate a report which shows me the details of the calls received. Answered or unanswered. Recording file link. Total call duration. I tried generating a report which shows me if the calls divereted through the IVR.

You could try the "Call Reports" type of report.
An example of a Ring my mobile simultaneously scenario would look similar to this:


An External Number dialed into the system and reach a Digital Receptionist, pressed an option that send the call to Ext 103, who had Ring Mobile Simultaneously enabled that rang number 923...... (the last line).

To make your search effective, it would help to know the Mobile/External Number each extension is forwarding calls to, then it should be fairly easy to locate those calls.

In the report, there is no option "show me only the 'Ring my mobile simultaneously' calls".
