Dear Support Team,

I request urgent assistance regarding our system admin access.

Recently, we changed the registered email for the system, and as a result, we have lost admin rights across all users. Is there any way you can help us recover the admin access for our account?

Alternatively, if we have to perform a clean reinstallation of the system, could you please guide us on the necessary steps and requirements?

Looking forward to your prompt support.

The best approach would be to ask your partner. Changing the email address associated with the license does not affect admin access to the system; the issue must lie elsewhere. Where is the system installed? Do you have local access? Is there a backup available?

I have a backup, the system is installed on On-Premise 3cx. Do you have any further instructions on how to restore it?

Check the xml file in your backup for your system owner account. there you will find, which account has admin access.

That sounds more like someone enabled console restrictions...can you try connecting from an RFC1918 or other allowed IP?

I read the file and know who the admin is, but when I try to log in, it doesn't give me admin privileges. The system also doesn't support restoring from a backup file because I'm using the 3cx 4SC version hosted by 3cx, and the ticketing system doesn't support this 4SC version.

Do you have any more specific instructions? I'm successfully logging in using the IP address instead of the domain name, but I still can't see the admin privileges.

You need to login using the local ip address, not the external.
