Hi Team,
I am working with a customer who uses Grandstream GXP1625 phones as hotdesking devices. Their requirement is to have agents automatically logged in or logged out of call queues when they log in or log out from a hotdesking phone.
At the moment, 3CX successfully loads the user’s extension profile and BLF keys during hotdesking login, but the system does not trigger an automatic queue login/logout event. The customer is using an Enterprise/AI license, so any API/CFD-based solution is technically supported.
Could you please confirm whether native support for automatic queue membership control during hotdesking login/logout is planned, or if there is an existing method to achieve this without relying on external API/CFD automation?
This feature would significantly improve workflow for call centers where agents frequently switch between hotdesking phones.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
