Requests for a monthly basic report

Hello,

Some of our customers are requesting one type of specific report from us. We've tested allot but we can't find a way to generate this.

What they need is;
A monthly (HTML) report that shows (for example but most important for now) the number of incoming calls per day. The report
should show it day-by-day and they want it to be deliverd every once a month.

The support team replied that this is impossible / not existing. Would it be possible that you implement such a basic call center report? Or
does somebody have other suggestions? I can't really imagine that other 3CX customers haven't made such a request/wish. We are working with (small) call centers here.

Hi @123automatiserin,

There is a Call Distribution Graph that provides a day by day number of incoming calls in HTML format that you can schedule once a month.

Alternatively you can export the CDR logs and create your own report if you'd like.

I do have another sugestion, and it is showing in HTML, but for the time bieng, you will have to pull the Report yourself.
This requiers JEDWare, which you can try out for free with the customers own and acurate data.
