Reset hosted PBX

We starded with a new Hosted v20 3cx with 2 Digits, but now we need 3 Digits. Is it possible to change from 2 to 3 digits? Or is it possible to reset the instance and start from scratch?

The only way to change from 2 to 3 digits, is a fresh install

I thought so. But how to fresh install a 3CX hosted PBX?
