My MSP wants to use one of our NFR licenses for internal training purposes. How would I go about blowing away one of these training instances so that the next trainee can start from a fresh slate?

Unlink FQDN and kill the VM. Simple as that.

I'm so sorry, I should have specified that this is a 3CX cloud-hosted environment. As far as I know, I don't have management control over the VM it's running on (I could be wrong - I'm still new to this!)

Don't use Hosted for training lol not sure if you can reinstall when already hosted, so it could be a problem for your use-case.

But you should be able to stop the current VM by clicking the "Running" label in the license page on the portal. Then, see if you have an INSTALL button upper right.

Appreciate the info here! Yes, stopping the instance gives me a "SWITCH TO HOSTED" button at the top, which I'm gathering from your post is the recommended option for training and similar cases.
