[Resolved] Phones status on busy after 1 call

Hi,

We've got a problem with the phones' status when we take one call : the others lines don't ring.
All the extensions have been configured to use the phone 's status and not the pbx's one.

I've got to reboot the server to retrieve a functionnal system :
. BLF
. others lines ringing
During a small period it works but stop working after a period.

Have someone already encountered a similar problem ?

Informations :
. 3CX + Cassini on Windows XP Pro SP2
. 3CX v8.0.10116.583
. Phones : ST2030 configured with 5 lines, C450IP, XLite Softphones
. Phones and 3CX are on the same LAN

Resolved after editing the ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP custom parameters with a "1" value.
The problem was that by default, 3CX only use the phone's status when the incoming call doesn't make a group ringing.
