I am looking for a solution for the integration of CRM software. The aim is that when a 3cx user answers a call, the phone number of the caller and the 3cx user is sent via a URL.

Example:

https://URLxyz.com/trial/interfaces653/web-api/l/cti/3cx?callerId=${destination_number}&userPhone=${caller_id}

An API key is still required to make the REST call.

With the Callflow Designer, I have managed to get the link to start when I call the number of the CFD. However, it should be called for every user that has been configured and not need a CFD for every user.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can implement this?

If it's just launching that URL as a GET HTTP request, you can configure the 3CX Web Client to do it when it receives the call. You will have the caller's number as a variable, and you can hardcode the agent's extension as this URL is configured separately for each client.

Another option could be creating a service using the Call Control API, that monitors calls in real time and triggers this when it's needed.
