Restarting an old server will update the DNS to the old IP

Hi,

i just moved from one server to another but what i noticed was that if the old server is just restarted, it will update the ip address to the old server and thus using the old instance.
How is that possible?

To assign a new key and FQDN needs a reinstallation. What you're requesting is not possible from just the Admin Console.
