Restore Backup from One Multitenant to Version 12

Hi,

I have the Multitenant Version 11 installed with one tenant which a had take backup.
I want to move on the 3CX v12 in order to use the v12 features with android and the new softphone but I don't want to reconfigure all the 3CX Phone System from Scratch.

Is there any way to restore a backup from multitenant to single phone system and how?

Not having used the Multi-tenant version, I'm not familiar with the backup options on that version. If there is no option to do a separate backup of each tenant, then you are probably out of luck. At this point Version 12 is still Alpha. I would install it, manually rebuild, but, only to test out the features, don't completely replace the existing PBX. You will then be ready to move to Version 12 when it is ready for final release.
