restore data for 3cx phone system 11 license problem

Dear all,

I got some problem with restore data for 3CX.
When i restore the data from the system it show is actived the license but when i restart the machine it will revert back to the FREE EDITION.
Can anyone know what is the problem or because it was follow as mac address?

Hello Kim and thank you for contacting us.

Kindly note that the activation is a correlation of the mac address and the IP of the machine.
Do you have any network adapters (Bluetooth adapters, VPN adapters) that will try to activate via those please disable them.
Also if this is a virtual machine kindly assign a static MAC.
