we have a request from one client (kind of a call center) and we encounter some difficulties to set up this, in fact there is 2 demands (dues to this particular Covid-period) :
they have some agents who come in office when they want and they are paid depending on number of calls and calls duration. They use webclient in office so initial request from client is to prevent them to connect to webclient outside of office.
second request : as work from home is more and more present in France due to Covid, for this period only, they want theses agents to have working schedule and only be able to connect to webclient out of office during theses "opening hours".
Theses 2 requests have something in commun : prevent users to log in to webclient outside of office. The only thing who change is to know if its possible to set up a schedule for this permission.
We can't prevent everyone to connect from outside (with a firewall rule for exemple) because direction and admin staff wants to use this webclient from home...
have you some ideas ?
