Restrict calls from one extension to another

Hey

I have one small question.
i have extensions from 100-200
Is it possible to make rule which will deny calls from extension 100 to letsay extension 105.

Also....if you are using a VoIP set/ATA, that has dialplans within it, that will allow you to make dialing restrictions/allowances specific to that set.
