Restrict extensions from dialling external numbers

Hi all
I am wanting to restrict certain extensions from dialling external numbers (for clarity I'm ok with them calling other extensions, but wish to prevent them from calling landline and mobile numbers).
We have a 3CX SMB Free account, and cannot see where in the admin console this is setup. We have one outbound rule, but it applies the rule to a department and not an extension. We can also not add an additional department and limit them that way.
I've trawled through the documentation but not found a solution, does any body have any advice?

You will fin this under options from the extension.

Just to add a bit of context to this, the option to disable external calls is found here:



With this option active they will still be able to dial emergency numbers

Thanks, the wording is a bit ambiguous. I presumed that meant do not allow external calls into that extension. Thanks for the clarification.

That can also be achieved with your forwarding rules. You just need to select "Send Busy" for external callers in each of the profiles
