Retrieve call logs from deleted user

Hi

I have a client who needs to retrieve the call logs of a particular extension that has recently been deleted but they do not appear in the management console.

I know call recordings do not get deleted when an extension is removed, but what happens to user call history/logs? Does it get deleted or just excluded from the management console?

Do I need to trawl through logs manually or would a tool such as CallSequitur help?

Hi Jamie, you can generate a call report filtered by that number or go to the call log from the pbx management console and filter.

Did you already try that?

I admit I hadn't, I discounted the idea give deleted users don't appear in the call history section from the dashboard. All sorted now - thanks.
