Retrieve record from "waiting in Queue"

Hello. Can you please tell me, where does "waiting in Queue" record is stored(called id or something else)? I want to avoid situation when someone requests call back and after a while calls agains and requests another call back.

If i can see this records here there should be some BD or something where this record will be stored right?
