Solved Retrieve Voicemail from any extension

How do i enable the functionality of retrieving voicemails for any user from any extension. It seems so far an extensions can only retrieve its own voicemails only and not any other. Voicemail retrieval is currently via 9999

As @Saqqara mentioned you can dial the voicemail extension and once you re asked for your pin press the # button. You will be asked for an extension number and the pin after that.

Thank you for your response. The behaviour is the same for 9999 or 9999#. You get "please enter a personal identification number" and from there is only accepts the pin for that particular extension and not any other.

I was also thinking If i was trying to retrieve the voicemail for some other extension should it not first ask me to enter the extension number and then its pin?
