reuse license

I have a system hosted by 3CX, that I would like to reuse the key on for a different client, as their is still time left on the license. can you give me the step by step process to accomplish this?

Hi @rbergthold

You can stop the machine from the customer portal.



Once it stop you will need to disconnect the license key from the FQDN so you can redeploy it. Once you do that there is no way to bring the machine back.
The original machine will be automatically deleted by us after a few days of inactivity.

i wasn't seeing the TRANSFER option as i was loging in with the WRONG ID, LOL!!!! thank you for your help
