reuse license

I have a system self hosted on lightsail that I would like to reuse the key on for a different client, as their is still time left on the license. can you give me the step by step process to accomplish this?

Hello @rbergthold

The current subscription owner must transfer ownership to the new customer via the customer portal.
Then you will be able to re-install it for the new customer as required.

To transfer the 3CX subscription ownership, please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the 3CX Portal with the currently registered email.
2. Access My Systems and locate the system you wish to transfer.
3. Click Manage (pen symbol) to access Registration details.
4. Use the ¨Transfer ¨option to change the email address. Note: If the new owner does not have a 3CX account, they would need to create one first from this page https://www.3cx.com/company/account-registration/
