I'm not sure if anything for this exists -- but I would love to see a solution for importing a list of contacts to be shown in the Caller ID information for known numbers. My VOIP provider doesn't show names on incoming calls just numbers --- it would ideal to be able to add a list of known contacts via contact list import or something similar to be used by the phone system when displaying the name for the caller.
Also, if the 3cx VOIP softphone could have a Reverse Lookup feature built in that would launch a site like 411.ca / whitepages etc for reverse lookup --- that would be another brilliant feature. This would automatically pass the incoming number to the reverse lookup search and display the caller info from the web so you can be more prepared to answer the call.
Any ideas, please let me know --- maybe this functionality is already supported
