Ring agents in Queue - Multiple Calls

I am trying to allow to system to ring multiple callers to a reception agent.

I have the call flow setup for a Queue with 2 agents but when one agent is on the line, i want them to be able to answer another inbound call.

Then don't use a ring group or queue and send the calls directly. Otherwise they are limited to 1 call at a time if from a RG or Queue.
