So, in this unique circumstance for the customer I am supporting I had to set up a ring all group connected to multiple DID's. I have a separate DID that is not connected to the Ring All Group. That DID is connected with a particular phone and user. That phone is also a part of the ring all group for the other DID's mentioned before. So, essentially the customer wants to be able to receive calls from the standalone DID and the DID's from the ring all group. I placed the standalone DID as a single DID for the user/phone's extension, but it is not receiving calls from that DID. When you call that DID it is calling the ring all group that the DID is not even assigned too. How do I fix this?

A DID call will go to the destination as per the rule(s) you created provided the DID sent matches the rules exactly. Otherwise the call will route to the default destination, which I'm going to assume, is the ring group.

Use the 3CX Activity Log to check that the DID number being sent does in fact match the number you have in the rule. You can make use of the * wildcard, to accommodate any change in prefix digits, sent by your provider.

What leejor said is what is probably happening.
If it is a 3CX-approved SIP Trunk provider you are using, please tell us which one it is and maybe we can be more specific with what to check.

If not, try what leejor suggested, to check that the format of the DID on the incoming SIP message, matches the format of the DID as you have typed it in the SIP Trunk settings.
