Ring and hunt group

What is the difference?

To tell you the truth i havent tried this myself but i believe it works like this. you have 3 extensions, 1000, 1001, 1002, if set to hunt group it will first ring on 1000 then after some time it will pass to 1001 then again it will pass to 1002...
Anyways, if this is wrong feel free to correct me..
