Hello

I thought this was possible, but can't find how anymore...

Customer wants to ring 1 phone, then if does not pickup after 10 seconds, ring 5 other phones simulteanously.

So I did a ring_group1 with first phone only, and another ring_group2 with the 5 other phones
But it seems I can't put a ring group number as a member in another ring group?

So my idea is to create an incoming rule that redirects directly to user/phone1, then in the user1 forwarding rules, setup that if it does not pickup, redirect to to ring_group2

Is that the right way to manage this scenario or another better idea?

I find this a little bit "dirty" because if user1 changes her forwarding rules, it will break the setup...

On ring group 1 set the "Destination if no answer" to "Connect to Queue / Ring Group" and select ring group two.
