Ring Group Delay

I use a spa-3000 and when a get an incoming call it first rings the phone attached to the spa-3000 a few times before transferring it to my ring group.
Because of this when the call gets transferred to the ring group I lose the caller id. It just becomes the name of the spa.

Have you tried configuring the SPA according to the guide in 3cx FAQ page?
