Solved Ring Group Destination if no answer, busy

I seemingly have the same issue as this person:

When calling a ring group, after 40 seconds it goes to busy and hangs up, instead of a Digital Assistant. Any ideas?

I've also tried changing it from Destination no answer to Voicemail and still get a busy signal instead of the voicemail.

Our system is on Version 20.0 Update 3 (Build 806 Release)

Have you looked at the 3CX Activity Log (If available, on your version), in Verbose, for clues as to what is happening after the 40 seconds?

Yeah this is all I get:

Figured it out, ring group was set to ring for 40 seconds, sip provider (Voip.ms) was set to only ring for 30 seconds. Changed it under the DID in VoipMS for 50 seconds and works as it should
