Ring Group for different days

Hi Guys,

Is there a way for the system to ring different ring group on different days.



Scenario:

Monday and Wednesday calls should ring Ring Group 800

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday calls should ring Ring Group 801



All calls to ring between 8am to 5pm AEST.

Any calls after 5pm to go to afterhours message.

For that, you will need to use 3CX Call Flow Designer where you can have more advanced options and program your call flow.
