We have a ring all ring group with about 20 extensions. If there are, lets say, 3 people in the office, and they are all on calls...and then a forth call comes in, it will ring on the extensions of the users who are not on calls. BUT - when one of the 3 people in the office hang up their call...they have no way of answering the 4th call without physically moving to another desk where it is ringing. How can the person who just hung up the phone pick up the currently ringing call?
(We are using Yealink T46S phones)
The only thing I can think of is setting up the phones with multiple extensions part of the ring group.
Which then brings up the next issue...how do I auto provision a phone with multiple extensions?
