Ring Group Limitation ?

Hi,

We have been running the free version of 11 for quite some time now.

We have one sip trunk that is set to ring a ring group during office hours and go to voicemail out of office hours.

This has worked perfectly for many many months.

Yesterday we noticed that version 11 needed a service pack so we installed it and now when a call comes in during office hours it says this feature is not available in the free edition and will only let us have an incoming call ring on one extension.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

I suspect it is because the Demo Licence has been withdrawn for Version 11. I seem to recall that Ring Groups will not work in the "free" version (without the licence).
