Ring Group Name on Remote Extension

Hi All,

I'm using a Cisco SPA504G with 3CX PBX v9.

I have a remote extension setup and working fine. I get call IDs (Number calling) to the SPA but the ring group names don't display event though they are set to either append or prepend the calling number.

Any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

Does it work on other phones or on the 3CX soft phone?
If not then check you have a name for the RG, also you need to enable the DID append just above where you set the append/pre-pend options, with out this it will not do anything.
