Ring Group not forwarding to voicemail after ring time

Tomorrow I will plug a cordless phone straight into the line and see what happens! It is with Telstra, Australia's main provider!
 
I assume that you are paying (the extra fee) for caller ID? Also be sure that in the PSTN Tab you have set PSTN CID For VoIP CID to Yes
 
Yeah it is set to yes! I am not sure if they are paying extra for CID, I tried finding out this arvo but had no luck! Will find out tomorrow... I assumed they had been but not so sure now!
