Ring Group to mobile with anounce caller rebound

Hi, i have a ring group with 2 people. there forwarding rules are set to go to there mobile with announce caller rebound and if no one picks up it goes to a voicemail box
but somehow when someone calls the ring group it goes straight to voice mail and if i take out 1 person and there is only 1 person left in the group it does ring

so somehow a group that has forwarding rules to there mobile doesn't work it only works directly to a extension

Please note:



The Rebound has its own call flow which waits for the person answering to respond. This could clash with the Ring Group time out. If the user did answer it, and didn't want to talk to the person, the only option is to send to voicemail. This way it wouldn't move to the next person.

So the only way to have a ring group with all calls fwd to mobile devices is if I set AWAY / DND status to mobile WITHOUT rebound calls?

Yes, rebound calls should be off and ensure that your INTERNAL forwarding is configured the way you want the RG to respond (yes, internal). Let me know if you have any issues.
