Ring Groups or extensions to mobile

I need to create a ring group or work out a call path that can function like this.

When a caller dials 9 at the IVR, they get forwarded into a Ring Group. The RG contains all of our service technicians, who might be out on the road, and generally don't have desk phones. I'd like the RG to always call their cellphone instead of their extension.

Is this possible? or is there a better way to do it?

Yes. Everyone has the same extension. Not all intended recipients have a deskphone.

Even if they don't have a deskphone, with app you can use an extension for each and use in RG in ring all mode.
So the first to pick up get the call, if none answer, you can forward to a group VM , everyone can listen messages.

If you want it to call their cellphone then I think you need to adjust ALLOWFWDTOEXTFROMGRP. Unless you mean "Softphone App" when you say cellphone.

I'm ok with using softphone, as long as it proves reliable. We're coming from RingCentral, where the softphone app on iOS would log itself out anytime there was a change in network security certificates, so it was pretty much useless for us. We lost countless calls that week when they made the change to the app.
