Got a system with yealink t48s, and newest 3cx we just installed. We have initial calls go to a ring group to ring all the phones. If A is on a call with customer 1, when customer 2 calls in, and she can hear phone B ringing, when A goes to hang up, it won't start ringing phone A at all.

Is there some variable or option I can change to immediately ring phone A after a call is finished and another one is coming through?

Thanks.

No. When a call come into a ring group, it polls all members once. If a set goes idle after this, there is no re-poll, and the set will not ring.

If there is a second line key on the set there may be some alternative options.

Or, I have ring group ring for 10 seconds, then to another ring group with same members, and back to first one.
But - it will round robin ring for ever in this manner.

Not for sure, but I think you need to use a queue, not a ring group.

you can use *20* from any phone to intercept call, simplest way is to set a BLF with the dial code , and just press to pick up the call

With queue's what is the pole interval set to? I was trying to find this very setting today before I discovered that you also can't configure/disable "Skip busy agents" for a queue or ring groups and allow call waiting functionality if desired. In FreePBX the pole interval option is called Retry and its configurable with No Retry or you can set the number of seconds, I think its only configurable for queues in that platform as well.
