Ring linear

I have 4 static agents: 100,101,102,103.

and i want to make ring strategy for order from 100-> 103.

when i use Linear Strategy i always ring first agent(100). but if 100 busy it will ring to 100 in order.

I want 100 ring and then 101 and then 102, and 103 as order.

I am using Linear Strategy but it not working like i want.

maybe what you looking for is "Hunt" under "Ring Strategy".....

I think that may be what you need based on what I think I understand by reading your post...

How can i do that? i don't mind what it is.

Just go to the GUI, select "PBX" then select "Ring Groups" on left side and set it up there....

I set it as Hunt in ring strategy but it always ring the first agent not in order.

i use elastix 2.4
